GYMNASTICS (Multiple Classes: 3's & 4's and 5-8)
The Students will have a lot of FUN as they learn
a variety of Gymnastics skills We utilize developmentally appropriate
curriculum to teach and reinforce loco-motor skills and manipulative movements
with instruction that includes rolls, cartwheels, basic balance and body
awareness. Through this program, your child will develop their coordination
skills, confidence, strength, flexibility, discipline, goal orientation,
organization and creativity. These will serve as “stepping stones” as they
progress into more advanced gymnastics and/or other sports. Min/Max: 7/10

KINDERSPORTS (4s & 5s) & MULTI-SPORTS (L.E,)
Kids will have TONS OF FUN learning and refining
their sports, movement and coordination skills, learning to play a variety of
sports, which can include T-Ball, Basketball, Soccer, Paddle Tennis, as well
as others that the kids would enjoy. The children will warm-up and stretch at
the beginning of each class. Classes are FUN and SKILL DEVELOPMENT ORIENTED.
The skills taught will be based on the level of each group. Min/Max: 7/10
per class

5 STAR MARTIAL ARTS (Multiple
Classes: 4's & 5's and L.E.)
Kids will enjoy learning the FUNdamentals of
Martial Arts, including stance, punches, kicks and blocks. We are going to
introduce breaking boards (Kuyk-pa). These will be lightly padded, plastic
re-breakable boards designed for Martial Arts Students. Kyuk-pa! (breaking)
is necessary to improve the techniques of: accuracy, power, distance, finesse,
self-confidence, concentration and conditioning. Depending on age and skill
level, some board breaking strikes may include: palm hand strike, hammer
fist, punch, jab and cross and kicks like the front snap kick, flying side
kick and jump spinning hook kick. Students will warm-up and stretch at the
beginning of each class and cool down at the end of class. Emphasis will be
placed on safety, the use of their new skills for self-defense only and
respect. The benefits of these classes will include learning discipline and
focus as well as enhanced self-confidence and self-esteem. Min/Max: 7/10
per class.

Note: Enrollment is on a first-come, first served basis.
We will do our best to accommodate all children who enroll. Enrollment
above our maximums will depend on Staff availability.
